SPLASH (Submarine Performance Link Analysis System Hub) is a platform to analyze Internet users’ Quality of Experience (QoE) metrics on the occurrence of different types of soft and hard failures, specially focusing on the ones that affect Internet’s submarine cable infrastructure (SCN).
